It’s May 24th, and we are taking a moment with Valerian. She is doing so well. I can’t believe how big she is getting. I have fallen in love with watching her grow. I believe either this year or next, I can harvest from her. I need to look it up again and make sure. This is her second year. It’s the time of year when it’s starting to get hot and we need to get the pool open.
