Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping & Delivery Options

USA

We offer free standard shipping and free pickup for Herbers of herbal products. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

International

We do not currently ship outside the USA

 

Shipping Times

Creations

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time is about 3–4 business days. This means you should receive your order in 6-11 business days.  We use a third party for production and shipping.

 

Herbal Products

Fulfillment is dependent on stock status, please refer to the item you are purchasing.  Your fulfillment time will be given on your invoice, payment of your invoice is your agreement to this fulfillment time.  Once payment is received, the item goes into production and is sent out the Tuesday after it is completed.  The shipping time is about 3-4 business days.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! This means that your items ship from the closest facility to the delivery address.

 

Herbal Products

These are shipping from Charleston SC.

 

Lost in Transit

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Talk to your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us and include your order number.

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 

How Items Are Made

Creations

We create the artwork work, upload it to our print-on-demand drop shipper's site, lay out how we want the product to look, and post the product on our website. When you place an order it is sent to our print-on-demand drop shipper and they fulfill the order. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

These items are made in my home kitchen following herbal preparation methods.
