Hi, I am Deb, the artist creating all of Arizkatt’s Herbs drawings. I have been drawing and working in/with arts and crafts my whole life. While in high school I attended Art Instruction Schools, the same school Charles Schulz (the Charlie Brown artist) attended. I also earned an associate degree from Pima Community College for Advertising Art/Graphic Artist, 12 years after I graduated from high school.

When Athena asked me if I would draw Herbs for her so she would have exclusive rights to all the art for her company I said yes, I would. I was so excited to be able to draw plants and flowers again. Plants and flowers have always been my favorite subject. I also love to garden so the plants are a double bonus for me.

I hope everyone enjoys my drawings as much as I enjoyed doing them. I know my daughter, Athena, does and that’s what counts.
