Learn the basics of herbal oil infusion in this hands-on workshop designed for beginners. During this one-hour class, you’ll discover how herbs are traditionally infused into oils and how these preparations can be used as the foundation for many herbal remedies and body care products. Participants will learn simple infusion methods, discuss commonly used herbs, and create their own infused oil to take home. You’ll also make a small herbal lotion, giving you a chance to see how infused oils can be used in everyday herbal preparations. All materials are provided, including herbs, oils, containers for your finished products, and a handout reviewing what was covered in class. This workshop is ideal for those who are new to herbal medicine making and want a practical introduction in a relaxed, small-group setting.
