This time doing about ten to fifteen-minute visual plant sit meditations with the plant. These are recorded the month before they are posted and are currently released weekly on Wednesday.

Today we Get Comfortable with Pineapple Sage. We got this plant last spring. It is the only sage I have found that doesn’t hurt me.
