This time doing about ten to fifteen-minute visual plant sit meditations with the plant. These are recorded the month before they are posted and are currently released weekly on Wednesday.

This week we “Get Comfortable” with Purple Heart. In 2018, we got a piece of Purple Heart from a neighbor. It’s growing wonderfully and full.
I apologize but sadly, there will not be a “Get Comfortable” today. This was unplanned but something that happens from time to time.
